Position Summary

The Senior Director of Product Management designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the business model and utilize close collaboration with software development to optimize product launches to grow the footprint and rate

  • Market mapping and opportunity discovery, work closely with commercial leads to define opportunities within new and existing customers

  • By utilizing available R&D budget with a focus on maximizing L&W's return on investment, create, update, and communicate the product roadmap

  • Manage market requirements and execution of Participation roadmap by driving new product launches through launch process

  • Direct overall product lifecycle planning and management including pricing, customer and technical requirements, product strategy and communications across each product category

  • Sales enablement support for marketing team, SME for pre-sales

  • Provides technical and market expertise for specific gaming markets

  • Create and manage brand and licensor relationships

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Training and/or Experience:

  • 15-18 years' experience in product management, in management/supervisory roles

  • Previous experience in Gaming preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven leadership, excellent organizational and management skills

  • Knowledge of relevant legal codes in business and gaming

  • Strong problem solving and goal setting skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Skills in financial and ROI analysis

  • Understanding of Gaming industry, regulatory compliance and protocols

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Office environment

Work Conditions:

  • The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations

  • Some domestic and international travel required

Salaried employee example:

The targeted pay range for this role is $230,000 - $250,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well asinternal equity and alignment with market data.
