Position Description
Due to rapid company growth we need to add an Employment Staffing Coordinator to our fast-paced staffing firm. We specialize in temporary staffing, temp to hire, and direct placement of skilled/professional candidates. The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years education or experience, or a combination of the two in the staffing industry or HR recruitment. Computer literacy is a must as is the ability to multi-task.
Fluency in Spanish and English preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Strong computer skills and Internet search skills necessary. Initiative, dedication and commitment to the organization a must.
