Position Description

Come check out the organization that just won Dane County’s Best Place to Work!  HospiceCare Inc. is in need of a Payroll Specialist.  This position will work closely with the Payroll Coordinator, Payroll Specialist and other designated staff, to process payroll which includes verifying changes to employee records, verifying and auditing approved time sheets, and ensuring payroll is accurate and transmitted timely.  This position also prepares payroll related management reports and assists with other finance projects as requested.  Previous experience with Ceridian and Microsoft Dynamics is a definite plus.
 
This is a Limited Term position for 3-6 months working 32 – 40 hours per week.  Work hours are typically between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., however some flexibility can be granted.
